About the event

Join us for introspection and journaling!

Are you looking to enhance your social connections and create more harmonious relationships? If so, this event is just for you! In this virtual workshop, we will explore how our own mind blocks our connections with others. We often encounter challenges in our relationships due to misunderstandings, differing perspectives, or communication breakdowns. For this event, we will take time to reflect and become conscious of our current thoughts about our connections with others through writing. We will also take time to start releasing that mind through a guided meditation, and conclude with writing out what we are grateful for. Doing this as a group is very powerful, hope you can join us!

This will be a virtual event, hosted by Main Line Meditation through Zoom.

Agenda:

  1. Quick greeting and introduction of reading for the journaling topic
  2. Explanation of the human mind
  3. Journaling to find and reflect on the thoughts that block us from success
  4. Brief meditation to release those thoughts
  5. Gratitude journaling

What you will need: -A pen -Notebook, journal, or scrap paper for writing
