Did you know?? According to the National Science Foundation, an average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day! Of those, 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive thoughts. In repeating those thoughts, we actually think negatively more often than positively! All of those negative thoughts come from within the mind we accumulate from our lifetime. This mind can cause one to feel things like stress, exhaustion, depression, inferiority, or fear. In this event, we will introduce the basic principles of this unique meditation practice - followed by a guided meditation to release the negative mind and thoughts that prevent one from thinking in a positive way.
