Intro Meditation Class FAQs

We occasionally host one-time events, both free and paid, which are announced and updated on our website's homepage. However, our meditation program is primarily an ongoing, progressive journey that requires a commitment beyond single-paid classes, with a monthly membership option.

Yes! Whether for the open group class or for an individual class, either way is fine. You will see the option of adding participants when booking the class. You can also leave a brief message mentioning the person who will be attending with you.

*Please note that if you are booking an Individual Intro Class and a friend (or family member) will also be joining you, it is $20 per person.

No. The method is designed to be accessible to all people, regardless of education, age, experience with meditation etc. Children as young as six years old have been known to meditate and they tend to grasp the concepts right away and love it.

The Intro Meditation classes do not require a commitment.

Beyond the Intro Meditation class, we have membership classes that do require at least a 1-month commitment. If you are interested to lightly dabble in meditation here and there, you can check out our free public meditation programs hosted by our sister-nonprofit, Online Meditation Events.

Food for thought: Although one may not initially be interested in a commitment to meditation, we are here for people to experience lasting change that goes beyond the surface level. For example, just like going to the gym, you will not see optimal results in just one session. Meditation is like going to the gym. You can go just a few times but the real result will show when you make a commitment to a longer discipline. Hence, our monthly membership gives you access to unlimited availability of live guided meditation classes with coaching and guidance at the convenience of your time.
